Feldenkrais is about increasing awareness rather than exercise. In the classes you will be encouraged to experiment with making small, slow movements to gradually learn that you have choices about how you move and hold yourself.
The movements are not strenuous but very gentle. They normally take place lying on the floor, but can also be done seated on a chair, or standing.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
